What this is

Not another meeting. A board that holds you to your word.

Ten leaders in one room, the same room every month, for a full year. You bring your real challenges, not the sanitised version. The board brings experience, candour, and accountability. What is said in the room stays in the room.

01

A chair who has built and sold

Phillip Di Bella frames the economic pulse, presses where it counts, and brings the straight talk of an operator who has done it. Strategy you can use on Monday.

02

Peers, not an audience

Ten driven owners and executives pushing each other forward. Every member brings a superpower. Hive mind over hubris.

03

Accountability with teeth

Commitments are recorded and reviewed the following month. Daily habits breed success. Success flows where attention goes.

04

Business and life, together

Sixty percent business, forty percent personal. You bring your whole self, because your business already reflects who you are.

Who it's for

Built for operators who are done growing alone.

This is for you if

  • You own or lead an established business and carry the weight of it
  • You will share real numbers and real challenges, not a highlight reel
  • You want significance, not just another quarter of growth
  • You will do the pre-work and execute on your commitments

This is not for you if

  • You are here to sell to the room. This is not a networking pitch
  • You will skip the pre-work and arrive unprepared
  • You want to dominate the table rather than contribute to it
  • You are not ready to be held to account
